Michael Rush

Michael Rush is a commercial real estate broker specializing in office, medical, and flex leasing and sales, with a strong track record executing sublease transactions. He began his career at a consulting and research firm that later became a subsidiary of Deloitte, where he focused on customer experience management within the hospitality industry. That foundation shaped his belief that even in commercial real estate, delivering a strong client experience is essential.

Today, Michael oversees the leasing and sale of multiple office, medical, and flex properties throughout the Philadelphia region. He works closely with both ownership groups and tenant clients, helping them make informed, strategic real estate decisions.
