Michael Fox is the Founder and President of M.S Fox Real Estate Group, Inc. He is a proud local graduate of Drexel University with a Degree in Business. Michael has an extensive background in commercial real estate brokerage with 40+ years of experience. He has a well-earned reputation for deal making in the corporate office sector throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and suburban markets. He has successfully consummated thousands of office leasing and sale transactions in excess of $500 million dollars. Throughout his career, Michael has had the honor of representing notable clients in their office leases including HNTB Corporation, CMS Companies, Datacore, and WES Corporations. In addition, he has facilitated the sale of major office buildings including Eight Penn Center, 210 W. Washington Square, Medical Tower Building, The American Patriot Building, and Jenkintown Plaza. 

Today Michael represents one of the largest office portfolios in Center City Philadelphia comprising over 2,000,000 square feet of space in addition to servicing his corporate clients with their space needs. Michael has been honored and recognized several times by CoStar Group as a CoStar Power Brokertm and top commercial real estate professional with some of the highest transaction volumes in our market.

Michael Fox qualified as one of the top commercial brokers in Center City, Philadelphia based on the total leasing transactions he closed during the year 2014.
