Michael S. Fox
President
Michael Fox, Founder & President of M.S. Fox Real Estate Group, Inc., knows his real estate. He has been selling and leasing office properties for almost 28 years, including 10 years as Senior Vice President with the Philadelphia-based commercial real estate firm, Reed & Stambaugh. With a well-earned reputation for deal making, Michael has successfully consummated hundreds of office leases and sales in excess of $100 million dollars in more than 60 buildings throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
A Representation of client's served include: HNTB Corporation, The CSA Group, Aracor Title, CMS Companies, ASI Management, Datacore, and WES Corporation.
Major Office Buildings sold include: Eight Penn Center, 210 W. Washington Square, Medical Tower Building, and the American Patriot Building.
Michael graduated from Drexel University with a Degree in Business in 1971.
Anthony M. Falcone
Vice-President
Anthony Falcone is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial real estate. For more than 20 years, he has been evaluating, leasing, and marketing Philadelphia's vast array of prime office, retail, and industrial space.
Anthony represents Exclusive Agencies totaling over 1,000,000 square feet of space including such notable Center City buildings as the Bourse and 1200 Chestnut Street. His client's include the City of Philadelphia, Medical Campus of Philadelphia (MCP), Staples, Fresenius Medical Care, Kaiserman Company and P&A Associates.
Anthony graduated from The Philadelphia Textiles & Sciences with a Degree in Business Management in 1984.
Scott Lewis
Vice-President
Scott Lewis has been serving the Philadelphia business community for 6 years as a member of the M.S. Fox Real Estate team. He specializes in leasing commercial space in Center City and the greater Philadelphia area that is tailored to meet individual business requirements.
By representing such notable Center City locations as the Medical Arts Building, Medical Tower Building and 1420 Walnut Street, Scott has helped to maintain the quality status of these properties while also helping them evolve with the changing business landscape. For example, today the Medical Tower is home to one of Philadelphia’s top day spa destinations, in addition to housing many of the City’s legal, medical and other professional services.
Scott is a graduate of The American University in Washington, DC., where he earned his bachelor’s degree from the School of Justice (1983).
Frank Bobrow
Vice-President
Frank Bobrow joined M.S. Fox Real Estate Group in mid-May 2012, as a graduate of Temple University. Prior to working for M.S. Fox Real Estate Group, Mr. Bobrow worked at Isard-Greenberg Company for 16 years. Prior to joining Isard-Greenberg Company, he worked for Corporate National Realty primarily as a tenant representative for office, industrial and investor clients. Mr. Bobrow also worked as a Director of commercial leasing at Linpro. At Linpro, he was the head of the marketing department and responsible for a 100-acre, 450,000 square foot office/industrial, retail park. Frank was also a senior Real Estate Manager for Aramark Services. At Aramark he was responsible for leasing commercial, retail and industrial real estate nationally.
Mr. Bobrow's experience also includes working for Cigna Corporation as a real estate analyst where he located, leased, and prepared space plans for offices. Mr. Bobrow is very experienced in the real estate business and has been working with the business for over 20 years.
Karl Schwemlein
Sales Associate
Karl Schwemlein, a graduate of Drexel University, began his career with M.S. Fox Real Estate Group in 2009. Karl has been representing both landlords and tenants in a variety of office and retail transactions.
He has successfully represented ownership of health care facilities, office buildings, and retail locations. Some of Karl's agencies include City Center Northeastern, the Land Title Building, 1417 Locust Street, Pier5 and 1737 South Street.
He has represented tenants in a variety of fields ranging from law, medical, staffing companies, non-profit, tech companies, spas, etc.
Brett Fox, joined M.S. Fox Real Estate
Group in 2012. He is a Graduate of Towson University’s School of Business and
Economics with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He has an ambitious
personality with a knack for creating long lasting relationships.
Brett currently represents
Jenkintown Plaza Office Building along with a number of tenants throughout the
Philadelphia area. He has extensive experience in sales and financial analysis.
